Eminem fans complain poor sound and "rubbish" speakers ruined concert at Wembley

Fans have slammed the Wembley Stadium sound system, saying it let Eminem's gig on Friday night down.

The rapper took to the stage to the sounds of applause, and while many fans have been bursting with praise, others said their night was ruined by the poor speaker system.

Jonathan Sheldon, 18, travelled fours hours from Birmingham to Wembley for the gig with his girlfriend Daisy Dukes, 17, and the couple felt the sound let the entire gig down.

Jonathan said: "I'm a big Eminem fan but this is the first time I'd seen him live. He was good but the set up wasn't great and the speakers were rubbish, for Wembley, you'd expect them to be better.

"We saw quite a few people leave because of the sound."

The rapper brought Dr Dre on as a surprise halfway through, but unfortunately Rihanna didn't make an appearance, as had been rumoured.

One fan wrote on Twitter: "The sound is total rubbish to put it kindly at the #EminemWembley gig if it doesn't get better after the support I'll be super disappointed."

Another added: "Not the best I've seen Eminem, but hey, Dre showed up! (also sound at Wembley Stadium is really Not Great)."
