Tonto Dikeh spent part of her holidays at an old people's home as was reported on this blog on the 30th December with the topic "Tonto Dikeh shows off her charitable side". She spent Monday, 29th December with residents at the home where she gave out gifts and spent time feeding some of them. She has gone a step further.
This time, this remarkable actress spent her New Year's day in her orphanage. She visited the place under the auspices of her foundation, The Tonto Dikeh Foundation. Just like at the old people's home, Tonto was very hands-on. She joined in the sharing of toys and food to the children.
There was also a cake that was cut and she joined in the dancing. Scholarships were awarded to five of the children to assist in their education.
It was such a moving event seeing this superstar spend her precious time with the kids. She's getting a lot of blessings for all this I'm sure.
