Though Real Madrid made it look as though they breezed through Villarreal by winning 2-0 at the weekend, this footage shows that the game was not without some drama.

As Madrid were defending a corner, the cameras picked up on a feisty little exchange between Ramos and Ronaldo.

The pair looked to be discussing an earlier Madrid attack, with Ronaldo remonstrating Ramos, who didn’t seem too interested in arguing and was more focused on defending the incoming corner.

Could this mean that Ronaldo really is fed up with life in the Spanish capital, or was he just doing his duty as captain?
