Miley Cyrus certainly knows how to shock. And just when we thought she had started to cover up, after picking a less-revealing outfit for the VMAs, here she is baring all for V Magazine.
The Wrecking Ball singer looked stunning sprawled over a pile of rocks fully NAKED, displaying her enviable figure and covering her secret part with her hand, while text surrounds the image and two yellow smiley faces cover her nipples.
It's pretty shocking even by Miley's standards but we love the black and white image which was shot for the magazine's Rebel issue.
Miley, 21, also appears on the cover in a blue cut-out furry leotard with her hands behind her head as she sits among a HUGE pile of stuffed toys. But it's definitely more of a sexed-up photograph than a cute snap.
The blonde star is seen with her trademark short blonde hair in a quiff and shows off her growing selection of tattoos on her arms, as well as text under her left breast, while pouting for the camera.
And she's not the only one to bare all this week, after Nicole Kidman, Naomi Campbell and Kiera Knightley stripped off for Interview magazine and featured on a series of sizzling covers for the bumper September issue.
