Davido's concert in Abidjan was off the hook. The show was (in one word) spectacular! The crowd just could not get enough of him. And, just like his shows always are, it was sold out. It is confirmed.
He has rock star status everywhere he goes in Africa! He posted the picture above on Twitter right after the show, immediately he got the chance to.
The show took place at Palais de la Culture. But before it began, right from the airport, Davido got a resounding welcome as there was a crowd there to welcome him to Cote d'Ivoire. There was also a crowd at the hotel where he stayed until it was time for the show.
After a short interview on the concert, he was able to make out time to visit an orphanage in Abidjan where he gave out a few items to the orphans (below). This was before the show.
