A man strolled into a Queens McDonalds with a knife sticking out of his back on Tuesday morning, apparently after an earlier altercation outside.

According to police, the 50-year-old man walked into the McDonalds on Sutphin Boulevard, Ney York at about 10 a.m.

A man with a knife sticking out of his back (center) stands outside McDonalds on Sutphin Blvd. near 91st Ave. in Queens Tuesday.

The man was hospitalized in serious but stable condition after the knife attack.

While patrons were screaming at the site of the bloody knife between the mans shoulder blades, the victim was talking on his cell phone calmly, telling his family what happened.

Cops said the man was involved in a fight on Sutphin Boulevard with two men minutes before he walked into the fast food eatery.

The man collapsed and was rushed to Jamaica Hospital where he is stable condition. No arrests have been made.
