At the just concluded live programme on Channels TV (Health Matters) a consultant medical doctor cleared the air concerning the rumour making the rounds that bitter kola can be used to prevent (or treat) the EVD - Ebola Virus Disease. He said that there is no scientific proof to the assertion so, people should stop spreading such rumour.
The program had to be cut short to air another live programme, a press conference by the Minister of Petroleum Resources.
