Caught on camera: Disturbing moment young woman is STRIPPED in public by angry female gang

Disturbing footage of a young woman’s vicious beating has gone viral on Chinese micro-blogging website Weibo.

Pictures of the brutal attack, which reportedly occurred outside a karaoke television bar in China's south-eastern city of Yulin, Guangxi province, show the unidentified female being stripped and savagely kicked and had her hair pulled by four women as stunned witnesses filmed the incident.

The helpless victim – who wore a black top and grey leggings before being stripped – can be seen curled up on the floor, shielding her chest as the other women undress her in public.

Weibo users, known as netizens, alleged the July 21 attack was revenge after accusing the victim of cheating with one of her assailants' partners




Group shaming of mistresses in China is not uncommon, but netizens have questioned why bystanders did not attempt to stop the violence unfolding outside one of the city’s popular karaoke lounges.

"I think this is a bit overboard," wrote one online user. "Even if she was a mistress, she can’t be solely to blame and shouldn’t have been treated this way. Her attackers should be punished."

So far there has been no report of police investigating the case and neither the victim nor the attackers have been identified.
